Description
This wonderful flour, freshly ground from Organic Hard Red Spring Wheat, is grown on our farm near the Smoky River. Higher protein and stronger gluten properties make this an ideal choice for yeast dough and sourdough alike. The end result is a beautiful, rounded loaf that has excellent flavors, think nutty and earthy. Also works well in general baking.
All our grain is grown organically by certified farmers who are hardworking and dedicated to making the best choice for our customers. There are no preservatives or additives in any of our products, just fresh air and sunshine. We hope you can taste it!
