This Heritage grain is ground fresh at our country mill for optimum taste and texture. Filled to the brim with natural vitamins and minerals, the mild, earthy flavor of this whole grain flour adds a wonderful dimension to muffins, cakes, cookies, pizza and other general baking. Can also be used in yeast doughs or sourdoughs.
