Sifted Stone Ground All-Purpose or Bread Flour- “a 70-80% sifted flour that can be used instead of enriched flour”

The heritage wheat used for this flour is milled from Canada’s oldest grain. Grown in the Smoky River region of our Peace River country, it is then ground on stones that were hewn out of a granite quarry in Vermont. The slow grinding of the stone keeps the flour cool and preserves the nutrients of the grains. It is then run through a sifter and part of the bran is sifted out. The finished product is soft and light and can replace all-purpose flour.
